Job Description :
Compiling of the daily Liquid Position report
Ensure Liquid Position complies with the minimum
requirements at all times and that the report is handed in
timeously and correctly to all relevant parties involved
Follow-up on omissions and differences
Authorize expenses and petty cash payments
check and review other treasury specific general ledger
accounts
Ensure accuracy of interbank movements and interest
accruals
Prepare reconciliation pack of total treasury accounts
Prepare bank reconciliation for all company bank accounts
Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and projection
Budget analysis (Compare Budgeted vs Actual figures) and
inform a manager of notable discrepancies
Continuously scrutinize and improve existing procedures
Ensure proper knowledge of systems and procedure
Primarily responsible for prompt and accuracy processing
of Letter of Credit (L / C) and Letter of Guarantee (L / G)
documents, ie. Issuance, related amendments and follow up
